Visitor Management
Everyone who walks through the door: guests, deliveries, and tour visits.
Visitor Management keeps a record of every non-member who enters your space, who they came to see, and when they left. It replaces the paper visitor register, and because it is digital, hosts get notified, approvals happen in the app, and you can pull a clean report whenever you need one.
Visitors tab
The main log of every visit: the visitor’s details, their purpose, the host they came to meet, check-in and check-out times, and the visit duration. Visits that were never closed show up as Didn’t Check Out. You can filter by status and date, search by name, export the log to CSV, and check a visitor out yourself if they left without scanning out.
Invitations tab
Members and staff can pre-register guests. An invitation holds the visitor’s details and expected time, and the visitor gets a QR pass they can scan at the kiosk on arrival, so the front desk does not have to type anything while the guest waits. When the invited visitor arrives, the invitation converts into a visit automatically.
Approvals tab
If your settings require it, walk-in visitors wait in an approval queue until the host or an admin confirms them. This tab is that queue. Approve to check the visitor in, or reject to turn them away, and the kiosk reflects the decision.

Controls how visits work at each of your locations: whether approval is needed, what purposes are offered, and how notifications reach hosts.
