Book a demo

See it running on your own floor plate

Thirty minutes, live, with your seats and your invoices in it. We would rather show you your own occupancy number being wrong than walk you through a feature list. Pick a time below.

What happens next

  1. 01

    You pick the slot

The calendar is the real one, so whatever is open is genuinely free. You get the confirmation and the call link straight away.

  2. 02

    Thirty minutes, on your data

Send a floor plan, a seat list or last month of invoices beforehand and we will have your space in the system when the call starts.

  3. 03

    You drive the second half

Once you have seen the shape of it, we go wherever your actual problem is: collections, occupancy, access, meeting room credits or renewals.

  4. 04

    A written follow up

The plan you would be on, what your migration involves and what it replaces. No pressure to decide on the call.

How to get the most out of it

The demos that go well all have the same three things in them

Bring the messy version

The spreadsheet that nine people have edited is the useful one. We would rather see how the space is actually run than a tidied version of it.

Bring the person who invoices

Billing is where most operators feel the difference first, and it is the part a founder-only demo tends to skip past.

We will tell you if it is a bad fit

If you run six seats and a coffee machine, or you need something we do not do, we will say so on the call rather than three weeks into a trial.

FAQ

Before you book

How long is the demo?

Thirty minutes covers it, and we will run to forty five if you have questions worth the time. It is a working session rather than a presentation, so bring the things that annoy you about your current setup.

Do we need to prepare anything?

It helps if you send a floor plan or seat list and a recent invoice, because then we can show you your own space rather than our demo org. If you have nothing to hand, come anyway.

Who should be on the call?

Whoever runs the space day to day, and whoever raises the invoices. Those two people ask the questions that decide whether this works for you.

Will we be chased afterwards?

You will get one written follow up with the plan and what migration looks like. If you tell us the timing is wrong, we will note when to come back and leave you alone until then.
