The platform

Sixteen modules, one system of record

Everything an operator does in a day, running on the same data. Sell a seat and the invoice, the door access and the app account all follow from it, because they are all reading the same record.

Twelve pages, because each of these is a product on its own

Most platforms in this category are a booking tool with billing bolted on. These are the parts of the operation DeskOS actually runs, each built deeply enough to replace the tool you use for it today.

One member record

A member is one row. Their seat, invoices, door access, bookings, tickets and cafe tab all point at it, so nothing has to be kept in sync by hand.

Multi location from day one

Centres are first class, not a workaround. Inventory, staff, permissions, taxes and gateways are all scoped correctly across locations.

Permissions, not job titles

Access is granted by permission code, so a front desk login sees the front desk and nothing else. Financial data is gated separately.

See any of these twelve on your own data.

Every capability

The unglamorous list, in full

Comparisons are won on the one line nobody advertises: a TDS deduction, a goods receipt note, a second legal entity, a lock-in escalation. Here is all of it, grouped by the job it does rather than by the module it happens to live in.

What one system buys you

The reconciliation work disappears rather than getting faster

Integrations make two systems agree eventually. One system has nothing to reconcile, because there was only ever one number.

Occupancy that matches the invoices
Access that ends with the membership
Credits that deduct where they were bought
Collections tied to the real receipt
Attendance measured, not reported
Reports built from live records
One member identity everywhere

FAQ

Questions operators ask us

Do we get all of this on every plan?

Space management, meeting rooms, billing with automated invoicing and the helpdesk are on every plan including Basic. Visitors, check-ins, community and the CRM come in at Business. Whitelabel apps, leases, cafe and advanced reports come in at Business+. The pricing page has the full line by line comparison.

Can we run more than one location on one account?

Yes. An operator is one organisation with as many centres as they run. Inventory, pricing, taxes, staff permissions and payment gateways are all scoped per centre or per legal entity, and reporting rolls up across the portfolio.

Does DeskOS work outside India?

Yes. Currency is set per organisation and tax is resolved per country, so an operator in Singapore, the UK or the US bills correctly without Indian GST assumptions leaking into their invoices.

Can members use it, or is it only for staff?

Both. Staff run the admin console, members get a portal and a whitelabel mobile app under your brand where they book rooms, raise requests, see invoices and pay.

What happens to the tools we already use?

Most of them go away. The ones that stay, such as your accounting system, connect: DeskOS pushes invoices and payments across so your accountant keeps working the way they already do.

Pick the module that hurts most

We will set that one up on your own data in the demo. There are 14 to choose from, and operators usually already know which one it is.
