There is no empty account to fight with. Tell us about your space and we build your workspace on your own address, with your seats, your rate card and your branding already in it.

What happens next

  1. 01

    We build your workspace

Your own address on the platform, your logo and colours, and your team invited. Usually the same working day, and you get the login by email.

  2. 02

A short call to load it

Floor plan, seat list, rate card and current members. Send what you have, however untidy it is, and we put it in rather than handing you an import template.

  3. 03

You run one location on it

Invoices, occupancy and access for a single location before anything else moves. It is the fastest way to find out whether this fits how you actually work.

  4. 04

    The rest follows

More locations, the member app, doors and the cafe get added once the first one is running properly. Nothing has to move on day one.

We reply the same working day.

What to have ready

Six things that turn a week of setup into an afternoon

None of it is mandatory and none of it has to be tidy. Send what exists and we will work with that.

Useful to send6 items

A floor plan, or a photo of one

It becomes the seat map. A PDF from the fit-out, an old drawing or a photo of the whiteboard version all work.

Your current member list

Whatever holds it today: a spreadsheet, an accounting export, or the sheet the front desk keeps. We take it as it is.

Your rate card

Seat types, prices, deposits and how you handle meeting room credits. This is the part that decides whether the first invoice run is right.

A recent invoice

One PDF tells us your numbering, your tax setup and your letterhead, which saves a long conversation about all three.

Whatever hardware you own

Access readers, biometric devices, printers or a kiosk tablet. Most of it we can keep, and it is worth checking before you buy anything.

The thing that annoys you most

Collections, occupancy nobody agrees on, renewals that get missed. We set that part up first so you see the difference where you feel it.

How onboarding works

Three things you can hold us to

A person, not a wizard

Somebody from the team sets your space up with you. Nobody is left in front of an empty account working out what a billing centre is.

Your own address

Your workspace lives on its own subdomain with your branding on it, so your members see your name on it and nobody else.

You keep your data

Everything you put in comes back out. Members, invoices and history export whenever you ask, including on the way out.

FAQ

Before you sign up

What happens after I fill this in?

You get a reply the same working day with your workspace address and login, and a time for a short call to load your seats, rate card and members. Setting a single location up properly takes about a week end to end, most of which is us doing the loading rather than you waiting.

Is this different from booking a demo?

Yes. A demo is thirty minutes of seeing it run on your numbers with nothing set up afterwards. This starts the setup. If you would rather look before you commit to anything, book the demo instead and sign up after.

Do I have to move everything at once?

No, and we would advise against it. One location, running properly, then the rest. Live leases, existing invoice history and an access estate that is already enrolled all get planned rather than switched over on a Friday.

What does it cost?

The plans and what is in them are on the pricing page. Above 600 seats, or across several legal entities, it is quoted on the portfolio instead, which is what the sales conversation is for.

We are more than one company or country

That is supported: separate legal entities, separate tax registrations, separate bank accounts and different currencies per location. It is worth getting right at setup rather than at the first invoice run, so tell us in the form and we will scope it on the call.

Can I see it before anyone calls me?

The documentation is open and covers every module in the depth an operator needs, so you can read the whole thing without talking to us at all.
